another night is starting. earlier tonight i saw our son pee, poop, and spit up all at once. i must say that is the first time i've ever seen someone do all 3 at once. a learning experience for sure.
krista is feeding him now and hopefully afterwards they will both get some rest. she could proably use it! i feel bad when shes feeding as there is nothing i can do.
colt is doing great and so is krista. she's going to be an excellent mother. she's been everything she needs to be and more. i know i couldn't have found a better person to raise a child with!
i will continue to posts updates and i apologize for any technical difficulties we have had with the site today!

And I have every confidence in the world that you will be an excellent dad as well.
Remember....children are a gift from God.
I could see from the look of pride and love in your eyes that Colt will be in excellent hands with either of you!You need to remember that he has spent the first nine months of his life as part of his mother. You will have to spend years developing the trust and dependence that she already has with him, I think it's called nature! You will have to work at it harder for a while, but if you do, it will turn somewhat in your favor later on in his life although there will always be that bond between mother and child that will never be broken.Love, Mr Race!
Krista and Blake--The baby is beautiful and I love the name. Congratulations to both of you. When you come visit your Dad I want you to let me know so I can come and cuddle him.
My love to you both.
